Krisha Bhuva

Krisha Bhuva is a contemporary visual artist based in Vadodara, Gujarat. She holds a BVA in Painting from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. Her practice draws inspiration from nature, the elegance of birds, and the timeless beauty of the feminine form. Krisha often uses nude self-portraits to explore the relationship between skin and fabric, blending traditional Indian aesthetics with contemporary expression. Her work challenges societal perceptions of the female body, creating space for autonomy, vulnerability, and quiet strength. Through a sensitive visual language, she contributes a fresh, introspective voice to the landscape of emerging Indian contemporary art.
